尿素软管 DEF

应用范围:用于柴油车输送DEF尿素溶液。耐DEF尿素溶液腐蚀,帮助柴油车满足排放规定,净化环境。车用尿素溶液在欧洲称AdBlue,在北美称为DEF,是一种液体还原剂,安装在柴油发动机排气系统中,将排气中的氮氧化物催化还原成氮气和水的催化装置,简称SCR系统。车用尿素溶液是柴油机专用还原剂,储存在柴油机上特别的储存容器内,当废气从发动机排出后,它会与废气一起到达卡车催化转化器,然后将氮氧化物转换为无害的氮和水。使车辆排放达到欧四以上标准。

技术特点:经SGS权威检测报告,符合SAE-China J2902-2013标准。软管内胶层采用进口高环保合成橡胶为主的专用配方设计,不含Ca、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Al、Mg、Na、K离子成分,确保软管加注输送尿素溶液时高度环保、清洁,对尿素溶液无作用、无污染、对SCR系统无损害。软管保护橡胶层超强耐磨、抗老化、比一般橡胶软管耐用3~5倍以上。软管德国产高强度聚酯纤维线增强,加注受压时软管无膨胀,确保加注计量精确。防静电设计: 橡胶层导电,电阻率R<10^6 ohmm,符合美国ASTM防静电设计标准。

注   意: 一般橡胶软管含有大量Ca离子等成分,会污染尿素溶液,对SCR系统的催化剂具有毒害,影响SCR还原的转换效率!劣质的尿素软管不耐磨、不抗老化,容易磨损与老化!劣质的尿素软管无防静电设计,加注时容易产生静电危害!

结    构:
软管内胶层: 环保、耐DEF溶液黑色特殊配方的合成橡胶。
增强层: 德国产高强度合成纤维编织层。
软管保护层: 黑色超强耐磨、防静电、抗老化合成橡胶。
外    表:  光面,黑色。

适用温度:  -40 to 90 ℃。

包    装:
双重保护标准出口包装:内层透明PE膜缠绕,外层编织带缠绕。
按客户需要,另外可提供特定长度裁剪,或纸箱包装,托盘包装。

环保标准:经SGS权威结构严格检测,符合欧盟环保标准 ROHS、PAHS、SAE-China J2902-2013标准。

Note: Conventional rubber tubes and hoses do not meet the standards of urea, urea solution will pollute, poison for the SCR system, effect vehicle emissions standards.
